Nadia’s Fura da Nono was founded by Dr. Rita Meshack Abu, a native of Yola, Adamawa State, a region widely recognised as the home of authentic fura da nono.

In Yola, fura da nono is more than food—it is heritage and daily nourishment. Growing up around families connected to cattle rearing and traditional dairy practices, Dr. Rita developed an early respect for quality ingredients, freshness, and proper preparation. That cultural foundation remains the heart of our brand today.
